• Decide your budget. How much can you pay upfront, and what EMI is comfortable each month?
• Set your timeline. When do you want to move in?
• Choose your location. Think about commute, schools, connectivity and long-term needs.
• Verify before you pay. Check the RERA registration, the builder’s record, the payment plan and the total cost.
